Tips for using your Karcher electric pressure washer - cleaning your driveway or patio

Step 1 : Prepare the are: Remove vehicles and furniture.  Using the high pressure setting on the "Vario Spray Wand", clean away loose dirt and leaves.

Step 2: Apply detergent: using the low pressure setting on the wand, apply the proper detergent to the surface and let it soak 3-5 minutes.  This will help break down oil & grease residues.

Step 3: power cleaning: Working away from the pressure washer, begin cleaning in a continuous side to side sweeping motion.  You want to keep the wand moving at all times to prevent uneven cleaning.  Use the "DirtBlaster" rotary spray wand to corners, steps, and other tight and narrow spots.  again, be sure NOT to linger in any one spot for any period of time.  This can damage the surface.

Step 4: Give a rinse: give a final rinse using the high pressure setting on your wand.  This will get rid of remaining dirt and detergent.
